Return & Refund Policy
30-day return period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us to report damage, a defect or an incorrect item so we can arrange the appropriate return and resolution. The unused and original-condition requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent a claim about an item received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error or an item received damaged or defective. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
